Knitted Socks East and West

I just received a new book on socks in the morning mail. 'Knitted Socks East and West', by Judy Sumner. It looks fantastic. 30 designs inspired by Japanese stitch patterns, it says on the cover. Though I am still a beginner when it comes to knitting, with both written directions and graphs, I hope to make every design in this book.
