This is a post stitch construction and so easy to make. It can be made with or with out the hood. OR you can make the hood and not the cowl!
That is because you work neck down for the cowl and neck up for the hood so just do the foundation single crochet row then work in the direction of the piece you would like to go.
I love taking an existing design and putting a new spin on it. Have a blast making this warm garment and making it you own.
